Recent Successes
Read about some of our recent successes below.
These are a sample of some of the results we have received on a varied range of immigration cases at different stages of the legal process.

A
client who together with her children instructed
us after they had been issued with notices that they would be removed from the
UK was assisted with an application for leave to remain on family life grounds.
The client was granted leave to remain and we were able to show that both
children were actually entitled to British citizenship.

The
client was naturalised as a British citizen following a successful
reconsideration application. He had previously been refused on good character
grounds but we made written representations that the law had been wrongly
applied. The Home Office accepted the reconsideration and he was naturalised as
a British citizen.
Grant of Indefinite leave to remain on the basis of long residence – Super Priority Service |
Leave to remain granted on family life grounds to client who had previously been removed from the UK and previously refused entry clearance.

Client
naturalised as a British citizen – previously assisted with discretionary leave
and settlement applications for same client.
Grant
of leave to remain to client and partner following successful human rights
appeal based on private life established in the UK. Their Tier 1(Entrepreneur) extension
application had previously been refused.
Prior
to instructing us client’s entry clearance appeal had been dismissed by the
First-tier Tribunal. We successfully applied for permission to appeal and
following a new hearing the client’s appeal was allowed.
Successfully
challenged refusal of British nationality on behalf of client. Application had
been refused on good character grounds but overturned following reconsideration
application.
We represented a non-EEA national client who had been refused Permanent residence twice before seeing us. Complications had arisen due to her ex-husband’s prison sentence and their subsequent divorce. We were successful on appeal and our client granted Permanent Residence
